Away from the hype .. Moroccan teenager creates in the Champions League
With three assists and a heroic performance at a new center on the pitch, young Moroccan Ashraf Hakimi lit up the lights of the Champions League on Wednesday evening.
Hakimi, 19, starred in the Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund, who was beaten 4-0 by Atletico Madrid on Wednesday.
Despite his left-back defense, Hakimi scored 3 assists to win the player's best player award.
The European Championships also put the Moroccan star on the list of "best player in the round", alongside Egyptian Mohamed Salah and Albosny Eden Gekko and Spanish David Silva.
Although Hakimi played on the left, usually playing on the right, he did a great job with his side, who appear to be moving steadily in the larger European championship.
Hakimi moved to Borussia Dortmund from Real Madrid on loan for two years, and since his move he offers a brilliant level in the Bundesliga and in the Champions League.
