The users of the site encountered technical problems related to viewing or downloading the clips, in a number of countries in the world, on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.
Problems were recorded in the United States, Europe, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, the Middle East and North Africa.
Users in a number of countries in the world said they were not able to see the videos uploaded on the site correctly.
Others expressed their displeasure with the fact that the download of clips on their own YouTube pages was interrupted by thousands of complaints posted on social media sites.
The company said it was aware of reports of the holidays, noting that it is working to repair it, and apologized to those affected by the holidays.
