Real Madrid is grateful to Leicester City
MADRID (Reuters) - Real Madrid on Monday issued a formal statement expressing condolences over the death of Leicestershire owner Vikai Srivadhanabraba and his aides after the crash of his own helicopter.
The royal club sends its condolences to the families of the victims, their friends and all fans of the English club, the statement said.
The Vicki helicopter crashed to the ground after engine failure after taking off from King Power on Saturday after the end of Leicester City and West Ham in the Premier League.
Police published the names of the four people killed in the incident with Vickay, Norsara Sukenamaye and Kaveborn Bonbari, a man and a woman of the crew working with Servadhanapraba, as well as pilots, British Eric Sophe, and Polish Isabella Rosa Lichovik.
Vicky's death was a shock to the city of Leicester, who led their team in 2010 to the biggest spherical surprise in England when they won the Premier League.
