Bacteria to human brains .. How did you arrive and what to do?

The results of a recent scientific study revealed the existence of bacteria living in the human brain, likely to reach this place coming from the gut through the blood, which caused scientists puzzled.
The discovery is the first of its kind, especially since the brain is protected from bacteria and viruses through a strong defensive membrane, and penetration can cause serious diseases, the Daily Mail reported.

Scientists have described the discovery, which happened by chance, as "exciting," after being presented by researchers from the University of Alabama at a conference in San Diego, United States, last week.

The study concluded these results after analyzing the brains of a number of dead people, whose purpose is basically to compare the differences between the brains of people with mental illness.

If confirmed by other similar studies, scientists say, this raises questions about how the bacteria have reached the brain, and an impact on this sensitive area.

Dr. Ronald McGregor, of the University of California at Los Angeles, called the result "scary."

It is known that bacteria live in the human intestines, and affects the existence of health of the rest of the body, they control the weight, and deal with the risk of some diseases, and its existence is also associated with anxiety and depression.

Research published by the Harvard Medical School in June described the intestine as a "second brain" because of its significant impact on the mood of human beings.
