Although technology companies insist each time that their new phones are much better than their previous counterparts, a recent study has revealed the opposite, especially with regard to battery possibilities.
The study, conducted by the Washington Post, found that the battery life in the new phones of many companies has been negatively affected, compared to old devices.
A series of tests were conducted on 13 phones, including iPhone XS and Google Pixel 3, to see how strong the battery is and how old it is.
The results were interesting, as the iPhone XS battery was implemented 21 minutes ago, compared to the previous phone company of the US company iPhone X.
At the same time, Pixel 3 was switched off an hour and a half ago, compared to Pixel 2.
In contrast, the iPhone XR appeared to be resistant to the battery life of the previous phone, surpassing the iPhone X by about 3 hours.
The study attributed this superiority to the LCD screen adopted by Apple in the XR, which does not consume too much energy, compared to OLED screen used in XS.
The new Samsung phone in South Korea, in a rare exception, disagreed with the results, with Notte 9, which was released in August, operating 4 hours more than the S9, which was launched in February.
