Two people died after a partial collapse of an Amazon store
- At least two people died in a partial collapse of a Baltimore distribution warehouse in Baltimore due to bad weather, US Governor Larry Hogan and Amazon said on Saturday.
"My deepest condolences to the families of the victims and their friends," Hogan said in a tweet on Twitter.
According to Hogan and a statement issued by an Amazon executive, the accident took place late on Friday, as the largest city in Maryland swept into heavy winds and rain.
"Last night, bad weather affected one of our facilities in Baltimore, killing two people," Dave Clarke, Amazon's vice president of operations, said on Twitter.
