Barcelona stunned the fans by posting a picture of injured star Lionel Messi on Wednesday, suggesting a possible "premature return" to the stadium.
The official account of Barcelona on Twitter published a picture of Macy in the training uniform with the words: "Leo Messi is back for training."
The news comes as a "pleasant surprise" to the fans of the Catalan club, where Messi was expected to be out of action until the last week of November.
The return of the Argentine captain to the training may mean the possibility of his participation in the next strong team, the most important of which is to face Inter Milan at the stadium Giuseppe Meazza on November 7, in the group stage of the Champions League.
