Despite his "intensive" training, McMurray was unable to master it during filming, resulting in his immediate death.
The small plane that McMurray stood on its wing lost control, and McMurray did not have time to launch his windshield.
The 34-year-old's body was found in a field north of Vernon, British Columbia, western Canada.
