Melanie Trump, the wife of the US president, on Friday visited Kenya's national park to highlight conservation efforts.
The first lady of the United States arrived at the National Park on Friday to learn about the steps being taken by the East African country to preserve elephants and rhinoceros. A quick safari is also scheduled.

Melania plans to visit children at an orphanage and watch a show for other children later on Friday at the Nairobi National Theater.

Melania is making her first ever visit to Africa and is her first international trip as a first lady.

She began her trip on Tuesday with a visit to Ghana and visited Malawi on Thursday.

Egypt will be the last leg of the four-nation tour to highlight childcare, education, tourism and environmental protection.
