Tote flips the cusp of Real Madrid next coach
After the prospect of Real Madrid's training away, the betting turned the back of another Argentinian coach and made him a candidate to succeed Jolgen Loptegui in training the Spanish team.
The Sun newspaper said that based on betting, Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Buchetino may replace his compatriot Santiago Solari, who was named interim coach of the Royal team after a series of recent failures.
After the chances of training for the European champions were not more than 20/1, the newspaper said that the rate now jumped to 2/1, after the negotiations stalled with the Italian Antonio Conte, former coach of Juventus and Chelsea.
Conte dropped to 4-1, after news leaked about the refusal of a number of senior players to come.
Solari is on his first test on Wednesday, when Real are facing a Melilla in the King's Cup, amid reports of an improvement in the psychological condition of the players following Lopez's departure.
Real Madrid are ninth in the Spanish league table after a 1-0 loss to Barcelona on Sunday.
