"Good actor" donates a snake to a charity
A worker who was gathering clothes and other things at a sorting center of a well-known company in Texas was surprised by the presence of a giant snake snake wrapped in a box.
The snake was wrapped around a pile of clothes when a worker discovered him on Thursday at the Godwell sorting center in Fort Worth, Texas.
James Murphy, director of the center, said it was not clear whether the snake had deviated from its owner, had been dropped by mistake, or was intended to donate.
The serpent snake cut a long journey, arriving with one of about 40 donations to Goodwill in the area before being transferred to the Fort Worth sorting center.
The Goodwill staff will take care of the serpent until it is recovered by the owner or a permanent home is found.
