Color TV has not entered the homes of thousands in a European country


More than a decade and a half after we entered the twenty-first century and more than half a century after the start of color television, some people still watch black and white television.
Worse still, this is not in a Third World country, but in Britain, the Daily Mail reported.

The newspaper pointed out that there are more than 7000 Britain are still watching television programs with non-colored devices, and it is not sure that they keep them as a memory, but they use them in the follow-up of their television programs.

However, the paper pointed out that the number of black and white devices is declining annually, but statistics indicate that there are 7161 devices still used so far.

This comes at a time when the 4Kay transmission technology has entered, and as people are thinking about upgrading their devices to access the technology, the latest in television broadcasting.

Color broadcast began in Britain in July 1967, and the second BBC channel was the first to start broadcasting on that date.

London has the largest number of non-colored devices in homes, amounting to 1768 non-colored devices, followed by devices in the Midland and the number of 431 devices, and then Greater Manchester, with 390 devices are colored.
