European summit to sign the agreement "BRICEST"

President of the European Council, Donald Tusk, announced Thursday that the signing of the British exit agreement from the European Union will be at a European summit, to be held this month.
Tusk said Britain's exit agreement with the European Union would be signed on Nov. 25 during an "extraordinary" European summit.

"If all goes well, there will be an extraordinary summit of the European Council to finalize and sign the BRICCAST agreement," he said in Brussels.

After an early meeting on Thursday, Tusk praised EU negotiator Michel Barnier, who "achieved the two most important goals".

"The two objectives are to limit the damage caused by the departure of Britain and to safeguard the interests of the other 27 states," he said.

British Prime Minister Theresa May has reached a draft agreement governing the process of withdrawal from the European Union, after more than a year of talks.

The draft raised fears of disagreements and resignations from British government ministers, which had already happened, with the resignation of Chalish Vera, minister of the Northern Ireland Ministry, after the draft was announced.

The EU and Britain want an agreement to facilitate trade movement between the world's largest trading bloc and the United Kingdom, home to the largest international financial center.
