Apple received a heavy blow, after images published by a user of the phone "iPhone X", which exploded after an unusually high temperature.
The newspaper "Daily Mail" British shock shocked Mohammed, who exploded his phone, blasting advantage as long as Apple, "Apple" against its biggest competitor, "Samsung" Korean after the events similar to the phones, "Galaxy."
Rahel, who lives in Washington, said his phone was too hot and then exploded, adding that the accident occurred after he updated the "iOS 12.1" system.
The man posted on his Twitter account a number of photographs showing his phone was damaged by the explosion and the fire, saying he had filed a complaint with the US company.
"I bought the phone at the beginning of January, it worked normally," he said, adding: "After the operating system of the phone, I plugged it into the charger, before I notice a big rise in temperature, then moments burst strongly."
The incident came to the giant company, which has vowed to open an investigation into the rare incident.
Apple asked Mohammed to send her the phone for a closer examination, adding that "the problem was not expected and did not happen before."
No similar incidents have been reported on the iPhone X since its release last year, but a number of other phones, such as the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 7 Plus, exploded earlier this year.
