A shocking video of Chinese employees was publicly humiliated in front of their colleagues after they failed to get the sales they wanted. They were flogged and forced to drink "bull" and eat insects.
After the video spread to the directors of the Home Improvement Company in Guizhou Province and punished their employees, the police launched an investigation into the incident and arrested three of them, two of whom were detained for 10 days and the third for five days in custody.
One of the company's most egregious and humiliating punishments was that managers flogged their employees by belts, in front of their co-workers, forced them to eat three cockroaches for every failed sales process and drank yellow liquid while blocking their noses, which Chinese sites said was urine.
The company also forced staff to kneel and take the "mastered" and shaving their heads, according to the site "Daily Mail" British.
The video provoked a wave of anger after receiving at least 30 million views. Internet users attacked the company and its managers and offered their support to employees, while others expressed anger at the employees themselves for not resigning from such a company.
In this regard, one of the employees who was penalized for Pear Video said that the company still did not pay employees two months' salary, pointing out that the employees who resigned were deducted from their wages.
