According to the newspaper "Marca" Spanish, the Brazilian businessman, Edison Pritz, revealed the circumstances of the incident, pointing out that the motive behind the killing of Sao Paulo player Brazilian, loaned to "Sao Pinto," is that the player was about to rape his wife.
"Actor Daniel Correa Freitas was invited to Beit Brits to attend the birthday party of his 18-year-old daughter, Alana," the newspaper said, quoting a Brazilian television show.
The businessman claimed that he heard his wife's voice screaming for help. He rushed to the room and saw a naked soccer player dressed and trying to rape her.
For her part, the daughter of the businessman confirmed the story of her father in the same recording, which was shown on the Brazilian channel, noting that those who were in the party rushed to her mother's bedroom after hearing her screams crying.
In the context of the incident, the Brazilian police revealed that the program "Watasab" of the player contained a message sent to one of his friends that: "I will be accused or the mother of the birthday party."
The 24-year-old was found dead on 28 October in a forest, tortured and mutilated, cutting off his head and genitals.
Fritas began his career as a professional player in the Brazilian club Botafogo before moving to Sao Paulo, one of the country's leading football clubs.
