The first included South Africa, Turkey, Thailand, India, Mexico, the United States, Italy, France, Vietnam and Greece (respectively).

Japan, Vietnam, Greece, India, Morocco, Thailand, Mexico, South Africa, Turkey and Jordan (respectively).
