Facebook delete "scandalous publication" .. The company opens an investigation

In an incident that raises doubts about the health of work inside Facebook, a former employee of the company said that his publication on the social platform was deleted for a while, after exposing the "discrimination" suffered by employees of the "Blue Man".
According to Business Insider, Mark Lokey spoke of discrimination against African Americans because of color differences, but was surprised that his publication was temporarily unavailable to his friends.

"The social networking site has failed to create a suitable environment for work, regardless of race," said Loki, who worked for the Facebook section.

"Facebook does not attach great importance to its staff of African descent, and a number of them are sometimes subjected to humiliating searches because of their color," he said.

"The ban on his posting for a period of time before being made available later confirms what he said about Facebook and its real face," Locke said.

Experts say it is not clear whether Facebook has banned the post in a reliable way. It is also likely that the publication has been automatically disabled because it contains words about color and discrimination.

In response to the incident, a spokesman for "Facebook" Anthony Harrison, the company is investigating why the temporary registration of the former employee temporarily.

"What Locke wrote is not contrary to the policies of the site, and the controls it imposes to avoid hatred and incitement."
