- A "bereaved" dolphin breaks the heart with an impressive shot with her dead young man
A "bereaved" dolphin breaks the heart with an impressive shot with her dead young man
Delphine's daughter, who has continued to carry her baby on the back for three days, despite his death on the coast of New Zealand, has been very impressed.
The incident recalls what a female killer of the Orca had done six months earlier when she was carrying her dead son for weeks.
The New Zealand Department of Nature and Environment Protection has suggested that the dolphin is the mother, given that it shows a great deal of maternal behavior, which is common among marine mammals.
According to the New Zealand Environment Agency, the "bereaved" dolphin, who did not give up her son quickly, belongs to a type known as the "keratine nose."
Authorities called on all boats to stay away from the dolphins on the coast, and explained that the dolphin was suffering from grief because of the loss of the son and therefore needed a room to move.
Since the late baby falls from his mother, from time to time, the dolphin's female is forced to slow down, leaving her behind.
New Zealand is living in the summer, for the time being, and this year is the birth of dolphins.
