After 3 years .. Court to resolve the case of a photographer kicked a refugee Syria

Three years after the incident sparked worldwide concern, the Hungarian Supreme Court recently issued a decision to acquit a photographer who kicked a Syrian asylum seeker and obstructed his run while trying to escape from the police.
The photographer, Petra Laszlo, was widely criticized in 2015 after appearing as he kicked a father carrying a child in his arms during a police chase, Sky News reported.

Not only that, but also attacked another child close to the town of Ruszki, close to the border with Serbia, and the camera lenses managed to document the disgraceful act.

Many asylum-seekers suffered fractures as a result of the persecution by the Hungarian police to dissuade thousands from continuing the march to European destinations.

The High Court of Hungary attributed the acquittal to the "absence of the act of violation" and the judges found that the lower courts had not properly charged Petra.

The Court acknowledged that what Petra had done was "inconvenience" or "confusion", which was morally wrong, but not "harm or sabotage".

The latest decision comes after a lower court earlier convicted the photographer and put her under surveillance for three years for the harm she caused during the chase.
