Barcelona declares the "final say" in the return of Neymar

Barcelona have already spoken of a possible return of former star Neymar, who left Camp Nou last year to Paris Saint Germain.
In a statement to Radio Catalunya, Catalan club president Josep Maria Bartomio said he had "no plans" to restore the 26-year-old Brazilian, who moved to the French league in the biggest deal in football history.

"Neymar is gone and is not expected to return to Barcelona. We have no plans to add him again," Bartomeo added.

Bartomio was responding to recent press reports about the return of Neymar, who moved to Paris Saint-Germain for 222 million euros.

On the other hand, the club president denied that he intends to enter into any contracts in the winter transfer season in January, pointing out that the possibility of stepping up players from the second team, "Barcelona B" after "proved that they deserve to participate with the first team."

"He has a contract here for the current and next season, we are very happy with him because he is very clear and has logic," said Bartomio.

Barcelona are preparing to host their traditional rivals Real Madrid on Sunday in the Spanish League Clasico in the tenth stage of the competition.

The Catalans lead the league with 18 points from nine matches, while their struggling Royal is in seventh place with only 14 points.
