Spanish flood victims of Mallorca rise to 12 dead


The number of victims of floods in the Mediterranean island of Majorca has risen to 12.
Spanish emergency services confirmed the bodies of two people were found Thursday in a flood-hit area caused by heavy rains.

She explained that the bodies of a man and woman were recovered near the town of Arta in the east of the island. She was still looking for a missing boy.

The previous toll was 9 people killed by floods, and relief operations continue.
