Dutch sued to become the youngest 20 years .. Officially


A man of 69, challenging nature and regulations, has decided to officially change his age to be 20 years younger than his real age, armed with a medical certificate that says he has a younger body.
Dutchman Emile Rutland, a public figure working in human development, hopes to change his age on official papers from March 11, 1949 to March 11, 1969, after doctors told him he had a body for a man twenty years younger.

The man has already begun legal proceedings against the local authorities in the city where he lives, having refused to change his age officially.
