Schumacher's wife goes out of her silence and talks about the "fighter"
After promising not to talk to the media, Michael Schumacher's wife returned to the spotlight with a "thank-you letter" to a singer on behalf of the former Formula One champion who had fallen into a coma following an accident while riding him off.
Corina Schumacher wrote to German artist Sacha Reichenbach, who wrote Michael's song "Born to Fight," and said her husband was a fighter and would never give up.
In an interview with Ponti magazine, Reichenbach said he did not expect to receive a letter in Korina's handwriting thanking him for the song he wrote in December 2014, without revealing the exact date of writing the letter.
On 29 December 2013, Schumacher was hit by a rock while skiing and was in a coma for a long time.
After leaving the hospital, Corina issued a press release asking Schumacher's fans to join them in "the fight against disease, which Michael is fighting", saying she would not talk to the media after that.
Schumacher's health is a mystery, as his family asks the press to take into account the exact circumstance of the Formula One star.
Schumacher's treatment bill has cost nearly $ 17 million since his injury and his coma. He is being cared for by 15 doctors and specialists around the clock.
