Wenger's destination is revealed .. and the appointment after a month

It seems that veteran French coach Arsene Wenger has come close to setting his next destination, which refers to the Italian league.
The former French coach has been in negotiations for weeks with AC Milan, the French football daily reported.

Milan's chief executive, Paul Singer and Gordon Singer, are seeking to oust current coach Gennaro Gattuso and appoint the French coach as soon as possible.

Wenger, 69, has not been trained since retiring from Arsenal last summer with 22 seasons with the London side.

The Italian club has recently been appointed by sports director Ivan Ghadides, who has worked for many years with Wenger in the management of Arsenal.

Wenger's return to the stadium could be faster than expected. "I expect to start training on January 1," he said in an interview with Sport Build.

Milan are hoping to return to the Champions League, which the team has failed to achieve since the 2013-2014 season.
