What is the most fertile age in women?

Women usually feel pressured by the so-called "biological clock", fearing that their fertility will be affected after reaching a certain age, which will reduce their chances of pregnancy and childbirth.
Women ask: How old are the chances of pregnancy higher? In other words, when is the fertility of women at their highest?

The Mirror newspaper quoted the British Fertility Society as saying that women are more fertile between the ages of 21 and 28, noting that the chances of pregnancy drop immediately after the age of thirty.

According to the association, a significant reduction in fertility is recorded after the age of 35 years.

"It is mainly due to the decrease in the number of eggs in the woman's body," she said, noting that it produces about two million immature eggs, and that many die if they are not fertilized with age.

"At a time when women are 37 years old, it is estimated that only about 25,000 live eggs remain," the newspaper said.

As the age of females increases, the number of their eggs continues to decline, resulting in a negative impact on fertility.
