Most people find confusion about the number of "healthy" showers a week, while some tend to shower each morning before going to work.
Dermatologists say there are a certain number of showers a person must commit to a week, noting that the recommendation varies from person to person for considerations such as the quality of work or exercise or the nature of the place where the individual lives.
According to Health, other considerations often determine the number of times a person should bathe during the week, based on the opinions of doctors and specialists:
1. Your level of activity: If you exercise daily, it is normal that you will need to shower daily after the end of your exercise to remove dead cells, sweat, bacteria and dirt.
2. The quality of your skin: For people with mental skin, doctors suggest that they stick to a "daily" rule. If your skin is sensitive or very dry, it is best not to increase twice a week.
3. Your environment: If you live in a very humid environment, you will need to shower daily to reduce the build up of bacteria on your skin. If the weather is cold outside, there is no need for a "daily" rule. If you notice that your skin becomes dry and has more scabs or itchiness than usual, reduce your bath rations per week.
