An outrageous phrase in a British port
In a scene like a Hollywood pirate movie, water near a British island saw a scary incident in the fog, as a ferry collided with a group of yachts, screaming for help.
The word "Red Falcon" approached the British Isle of Wight at about 8 am on Sunday, amid heavy fog, when it hit a number of yachts.
The Coast Guard said he had received a call from a person who said he had heard crying and screaming from inside the island's Caus harbor.
Three lifeboats searched for people in the waters off the coast of Cowes, a spokesman for the Royal National Lifeboat Corporation said.
"The Coast Guard can confirm that no one is in the water, or missing at the port of Cowes," the Coast Guard later said in a tweet.
"We contacted the person who heard his cry for help, he was safe and healthy," he said, pointing out that he was on his own ship and was screaming in an attempt to alert the pilot.
No one was hurt in the incident, while the port of Cowes was closed.
