Close the windows all day .. What does he do in human health?
NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Cleaning windows and opening curtains helps kill bacteria in the home thanks to "positive interactions" caused by sunlight, a recent study from the University of Oregon found.
The researchers said that 12 percent of bacteria can survive in dark rooms that do not open regularly, and it is worrisome to study that these bacteria can reproduce, if not eliminated.
The study's academic supervisor, Ashkhan Fahim Bor, said that humans spend most of their time in closed places and are liable to carry particles of dust and bacteria that may lead to several diseases.
The study was based on a sample of eleven mini-chambers where samples of dust spread in the houses were placed and after 90 days there were amazing results.
The researchers found that the dust, which was placed in dark rooms, had components that caused respiratory diseases, but these harmful elements were few in the dust exposed to sunlight.
For centuries, people have been exposing their homes to the sun for the light, but the presence of electricity has made some people just light up. Sometimes they think that the most important thing is the possibility of seeing and dissipating the dark that obscures vision, but the benefits of natural light do not stop there.
