In old clothes, Russia recovers the memory of 1941

Russian soldiers wearing old clothes took part in a parade in the Red Square in Moscow on Wednesday to mark the 77th anniversary of a 1941 historic parade of Russian troops on the front line during the Second World War.
The parade included delightful tanks, alongside soldiers wearing military uniforms dating back to the 1940s and waving flags in a repetition of the historical spectacle.

The parade, held in 1941 in the besieged Soviet capital, took 15 minutes to mark the 24 th anniversary of the October Revolution of 1917.

The parade then sought to review the hardness of the Russian army as troops marched in front of the Kremlin and then went straight to the front, where many died in the Moscow battle.

Russia continues to maintain a tradition of organizing a military parade on Nov. 7, to commemorate veterans who fought the war 77 years ago.
