Similar to name and sex .. Man asks to change "what can not be changed"

In the last few years there has been a change in some of their names or sex, but no one expected a Dutch man to ask his country's authorities to change something that could not be changed by many.
Sixty-six-year-old Emile Rutledge, 69, has entered a legal battle with the authorities to change his age in official documents. He says he has only the body of a 45-year-old.

The retired man is apparently seeking to improve his career prospects and try his luck with women again, Sky News reported Friday.

He hopes to change his birth date from March 11, 1949 to March 11, 1969, after his doctors told him he owned a body for a person under 20 years of age.

The man argues that if many people in the world are allowed to change their sex, as well as change their names, he should be allowed to change his age, and he will take action against the country's authorities if his application is rejected.

"When I am 69, my options are limited, but if I am 49 years old, I can buy a new house, drive a different car and do more work," he said.

He promised that he would give up his full pension if the court ruled in favor of him, as he was expected to rule within four weeks from now.

Local media reported that the court had expressed doubts about the lawsuit filed by the man, saying there was no legal means to allow a person to change his date of birth.
