Teresa May is "confident" of reaching an agreement on BRICEST
British Prime Minister Theresa Mae on Thursday expressed "confidence" that an agreement would be reached on BRICAST with the European Union.
A statement from the May office said it had informed European heads of companies that it was confident of reaching an agreement with EU countries, Reuters reported.
"The Prime Minister spoke of the good progress in the negotiations, with 95 percent of the withdrawal agreement completed and agreement on the structure and scope of the future framework," she said, reiterating that she was confident an agreement would be reached.
The British Prime Minister has reiterated on Tuesday that no second referendum on Britain's decision to leave the EU, similar to the referendum in 2016.
On Oct. 18, she said she was considering an offer from the European Union that would keep Britain adhering to the EU rules for more than two years after it officially came out, and also considering a transition period for a few months.
