Two goals for Benzema in a five-point win over Blazen

Real Madrid have made a big move towards qualifying for the knockout stages of the Champions League after a 5-0 win over host Victoria Plzen on Wednesday thanks to Karim Benzema's first half in the first half.
Benzema opened the scoring in the 20th minute as he outperformed two defenders before firing a shot from the legs of Alec Hrushka goalkeeper Balzen.

Kasimiro doubled the visitors' lead three minutes later when the Brazilian jumped above the defender and swung the ball into the net after a corner.

Unbeaten Benzema added his second goal in the 37th minute with a header after a pass from Gareth Bell to make the score 3-0.

Benzema responded favorably to his colleague minutes later as he sent a cross pass to Bill, who fired straight into the net.

Tony Crosse finished in the 67th minute with a superb volley from the goalkeeper after a counter-attack.

With two matches left, Group G are nine points clear of goals from Roma, who have beaten CSKA Moscow 4-1.
